We’re a personal training studio. Not a gym. We have all the equipment a gym has, minus the crowds and costs. We’re able to cut costs because our overhead is low and we’re specialized. My House Fitness is comprised of a team of certified personal trainers and nutrition coaches. Our approach is holistic, meaning we focus on fitness, mindset, and nutrition.  Our custom designed workouts get you in and out so you’re not wasting valuable time, while still getting the best results possible.
